J&J Enterprises, LLC operates 360Plan. This policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, when we share it, and the choices available to you.

• Account details such as your name, email address, phone number, and authentication settings
• Project content such as floor plans, photographs, tours, pins, annotations, comments, and project contact details
• Billing records such as your plan, subscription status, customer identifier, invoices, and payment status
• Support information such as messages, error reports, and correspondence with our team
• Usage and device information such as internet protocol address, browser, device, approximate location, access time, feature activity, and security events

Stripe processes payment card details. 360Plan does not receive or store your complete payment card number.

• Create accounts and authenticate users
• Process subscriptions, trials, plan limits, and storage allowances
• Deliver public and private tours according to your settings
• Send account, billing, security, support, and service messages
• Detect abuse, investigate errors, enforce our terms, and protect users
• Understand product performance and feature use
• Meet legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations

Content in a public tour can be viewed by anyone with access to the link and may be shared by those viewers. Password protection and link expiry can reduce access but cannot prevent a viewer from recording or redistributing content they can see. Review floor plans and photographs for confidential information before publishing a tour.

We share information only as needed to operate the service, honor your choices, protect 360Plan, or comply with law. Service providers include Supabase for database, authentication, and storage, Vercel for application hosting, Stripe for billing, and Resend for email delivery. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy commitments.

We may also disclose information during a business transaction, with your direction, or when reasonably necessary to respond to lawful requests and protect rights or safety. We do not sell personal information or use it for cross context behavioral advertising.

360Plan uses essential browser storage for sessions, security, preferences, and installed app behavior. Passkeys are managed by your device and authentication provider. An installed 360Plan web app follows this same policy and may retain limited app files for reliability and offline screens.

We keep information while your account is active and as needed to provide the service. Account and project content is removed after deletion subject to operational backups, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and legal retention duties. Billing, audit, security, and support records may be kept longer when reasonably required. You can request account deletion from your account or contact us for help.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information. You may also have a right to limit certain uses or appeal a request decision. We may verify your identity before completing a request. Authorized agents may submit a request when permitted by law and when their authority can be verified.

California residents may request information about collection, use, and disclosure of covered personal information. 360Plan does not discriminate against users for exercising applicable privacy rights.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No online service can guarantee complete security. Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our providers operate. We use appropriate protections when required by applicable law.

360Plan is designed for business and professional use. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Contact us if you believe a child provided information to 360Plan.

We may update this policy as the product or law changes. We will post the revised date and provide additional notice when a change materially affects your rights.
